If you throw your bola at scuddlers as Rengar, after that slow starts to diminish it will give scuds a speed boost. It is not the dash he gets if he gets to close to lane, his initial movement speed just increases by a lot. It is very aggravating having him speed off into the enemy team, or just in general.
