It seems to be recurrent, every single time that the AFK player starts with items, like 
or 
for example, due to the runes choice, it is impossible to remake the game.
Is that a real issue or just a coincidence? What are you guys doing to fix that?
I am talking about players that are clearly AFK for 3 minutes, no chat, no purchase, nothing but the runes starting items.

the main problem is that im 99% sure riot doesnt know how the remake works themselfes.
some say you cant remake if a player was connected at first. now this shit with the items from runes.
system was a good idea but ofc its broken and riot doesnt work on it :/
Don't know about this situation but the only prior knowledge I know about remaking is that you can only remake if the player did NOT connect at ALL.
So if you see the "Ally has disconnected", you won't be able to remake since in order to disconnect, the player had to have connected.
Riot have said time and time again this is not due to items from runes.
It just looks like it when you see them with those items.
