[Gameplay] Arcade Miss Fortune's Love Taps and Crits both use Classic's audio (with video this time)

Basically, Arcade Miss Fortune's Love Tap and crit are not unique sounds, like they should be and how they used to be after the marksman update. It's mostly annoying more than it is critical.

The bug has been present for very many patches and it has not left.

Three patches ago, a Red told me that they would look into it, but it wasn't fixed in the last two patches. Perhaps this could be a reminder, again.
