Nemesis Jax Chromas not on individual sale in store anymore

I know that I checked the store before to find each individual Nemesis Jax chromas on sale for ip, but now that I have the ip to buy one of them, only the chroma pack is available. Is this intentional? Why is Jax the only one not on sale anymore?
