Game Crashes

I have been experiencing Late loading. the game freezes at loading before entering the game it goes black. so i thin its starting. then crashes before the characters appear. when this doesn't occur. the game loads me in late. it always happens when i try legacy client, and i end up being on penalty after 2 matches. because if they dont remake before i connect to the game to tell them whats happening. i usually get penaltied anyway because the game calculates inactivity time. i am frustrated at this point and i think i would rather play some console games cause when i try to report bugs my feedback is that usually negative from the people who should be helping. but for the record. longing into client is smooth game play is smooth , only problem i have is i cant get in at times cause the game kicks me for unexplained reasons.
