Good Ping, Good Computer, yet Choppy Movement Lag from my Character and Minions....

I don't understand why this is a problem. Recently my character had been 'skipping' a bit toward the position I move. However, I log on today and it's impossible to play. This has began within the last week. Before that I've had no problems.
