Stormraiders Surge vs Fiora's Riposte Bug

Stormraiders only gives the movement speed buff upon dealing 30% of a champion's max health within 2.5s. Unfortunately, the game treats it as if the damage that WOULD HAVE hit through Fiora's parry counts towards Stormraiders. In other words, even though Riposte blocks the damage, the champion dealing the damage will still gain the stormraider's buff.

If this is true, it should definitely be looked at. Can anyone else confirm?

If anyone has replay.gg, you can paste this into your command prompt. Several times the Fiora parries Nasus Q, but Nasus still gets the Stormraider's buff
