Mouse and keyboard glitch

Once i get into game, my mouse doesn't change to the league style mouse it stays as windows default mouse. Also when i right click to move it just brings up a dialog box as if i was right clicking on the desktop. Along with that i can not type in chat or use any keys on my keyboard other then my spells.
