Wins not processing

I am Plat 5 and in promos to get to platinum 4, I have won 2 ranked games and lost 1, however, it says I have only lost 1 game and won 0. This has happened twice now! I'm also not the only one who has experienced it. Many of my friends who I queued up with in the new champ select has experienced the same thing. As well as legacy skins randomly coming up and equipping upon us!!! I don't know if these 2 have something to do with eachother, but I want it fixed!!!
