Karthus Passive vs Soraka Silence: Bug or Working as Intended?

While playing Karthus, I'm a "get into the fight" kind of player, not just a Q spammer. During an ARAM against a team that had a Soraka, I found what I can only assume is a bug.

If I died while in a Soraka E pool, I could not use abilities after death for the full length of the Karthus passive. It was as if I was alive and silenced.

I assume this is not as intended because it completely nullifies Karthus' passive. If it is working as intended, I can only hope that poor, dated, Karthus is close to the top of the list of coming reworks in the 2015 season.

I'm not much of a board person so please upvote this so it doesn't fall into obscurity. If this is a bug, it needs some attention.

karthus already has a bug where you cannot cast abilities for a long time on passive, nothing to do with soraka

I think Karthus got a full rework a few years ago actually. Or at least it was a major visual overhaul and some big tweaking.

I don't think passives can be silenced, or else Aatrox and Anivia would be screaming at Fiddle even more than usual. So I would say it's safe to assume that's a bug.

This sounds like a bug. Karthus should be CC immune while in passive.
