Sivir and her spells

Player who plays Sivir can not use spells (any spells) for short time. This is bug that has to be fixed. I played her in ADC role and that bug happend to me 2nd time since i play League Of Legends. First time,i was about to hit 8th level when that bug for the 1st time showed. It was in 2014 i bolive. But that time i could do all spells exept R - My ultimate. Please fix it!
