[GAMEPLAY] Jayce's R Ability Causes Frame Drops

Whenever You use the ability Mercury Hammer on Jayce On Summoners Rift , their is a drop in frames which causes the Screen to seem to "glitch" or lag for a split second which can be very distracting and can cause your all in combo to be slowed down drastically.

1)Pick Jayce's On Summoners Rift 2)Use Jayce's R(Mercury Cannon/Mercury Hammer) and swap him from Cannon to Hammer Form 3) Pay Close attention To the FPS indicator

This Bug happens all the time , and has been tested by multiple Jayce Mains, including Vokra and The Playmaker.This Bug does not occur on Howling Abyss and has not been tested on Twisted Tree Line.
