Scaling Mana Regen Glyphs got the wrong amount at level 18

Very minor but should be noted, 0.06 x 18 = 1.08 not 1.2 as it says in the client. Whats fun with this is that according to the client so are the glyphs (secondary runes) superior to the seals (primary runes). Haven't tried it out if this is a bug ingame aswell.
