[GAMEPLAY] Cursor changes to targeting reticle then won't switch back

Noticed while playing Renekton, when I dash with my e about 1/4 of the time the cursor gets stuck on the targeting reticle and does not switch back to the regular cursor like it is supposed to. This is incredibly frustrating because it means I can't check the other player's stats or use the minimap to move about. The only way to get rid of it is to wait for my trinket to come off cooldown then use my mouse to manually click the trinket and place it instead of just using the hotkeys like I usually do.

How to Reproduce:

1. play Renekton
2. use e (Slice and/or Dice) repeatedly
3. become frustrated

Bug does not occur every time I cast the ability, but I would guess that it happens about 5-10 times a game. I have heard from other people that Renekton is not the only champion affected, but I am unsure as to which others are affected.

Please get this taken care of so my beloved croc can continue caressing his lane opponents to death with his giant sword axe pole thing.
