Frozen Client in Game

My computer will freeze at any point during a game. In order to get back to playing, I have to open task manager on a second desktop and end the client so that I can reopen the client to continue playing. Today was the first time that I had to do this THREE TIMES during a game. I am really peeved about it honesty, as anyone would be. If anyone has a solution to this freeze that would be great. My computer specs are in the link below and I have been running the game on all low settings, etc. This started happening about a couple of months ago, and now has been almost every other game. (a reboot doesn't fix the issue...)
