tft weekly mission is "Build 2 of the same completed item in a game" i tried everything i can do. i build 2 same item and put it in to same champ also i build 2 same item and put it in to different champ too. and i combined two same items and make it two completed items too.
i tried everything but still not completed mission. what's going on?

Built 2 ludens echo's on Lucian, and didn't get credit for the quest. If it's something like the items need to be built in the base instead of by stacking it on champions then it should probably be stated in quest description as build in base, otherwise this is a bug.
same issue here also i even built 2 shojins 2 gas in one game maybe its spattula items??? has any1 tried 2 spat items
i think its dev side fail... i built 2 pairs of same items. it did not complete.
same issue here in EUW. Tried 2 identical items on same champ, 2 same items on different champs and 2 items made with spatula (Knight`s Vow) quest still incomplete.
The mission didn't work for me either.. Builded 2 GA's and it didn't complete the challenge
Same here, I really wanna get the next reward and don't know how long the beta pass still lasts, so it's really bad to have one of your quests locked
