(Client) Freezes and Causes Crashing

This bug has been in my client for quite a while now and has caused the client to freeze and even crash. Basically, whenever I click a button (champion in champ select, store, or even profile) the client will "shake" and even freeze/crash. No idea why, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. It also takes multiple (around 5-20) clicks to reopen the League of Legends TM client (the actual game) and I cannot ALT + TAB back into the game.

Summary:

1. Client freezes and even "shakes" (creates white borders and does the 'closing window' animation"

2. The actual game client (Summoners Rift window) takes multiple clicks (ranging from 5-20) to open. Alt+Tab does not work for the game client either.

Cause: Not sure. I have tried reinstalling multiple times with not change in results.

I have already submitted a support ticket and am waiting for a response. Any feedback would be great!
