Disconnect/Frozen Screens Needs to be Publicly Addressed
Dear RIOT,
It’s been 2-3 full days without a public response of some sort as to why people’s clients/in-game are freezing and making pc’s unusable unless rebooted. I understand that the reason why may not be known, but it makes us players feel as though RIOT does not care if they are not keeping us updated about a fix for it. Please get it together and release an apology and plan of action. Would like to play ranked by the end of the month.
