Can't See Post-Game Ranks

[CLIENT] After a game in Summoner's Rift, I can't see my post-game rank

I have not tested this in Twisted Treeline or Howling Abbys, but in Summoner's Rift no matter what I play I can not see my post-game rank. By this I mean the S,A,B,C Ranks you get at the end of games.

This happens every single time I play a game and I have not found a way to work around it.
