[Client] Draft connection issues

Whenever playing draft matches; especially ranked ones, a disconnection is always prevalent. It constantly happens during champion selection and sometimes during banning selection. After this point it no longer attempts to reconnect to the servers which then automatically pull me out to the main client menu saying i was kicked due to not selecting a champion. It happens more often than not; however, during certain failures, it would not place me in low priority queue. Today it happened thrice and i am currently on a 30 minute delay to enter queue.

How can this be fixed? Or Is this a possible server side issue?

I have a wired connection, very fast, no lagging in-game at all. Personally and overall i feel that the issue is connectivity issues to ritos servers. Ping and connectivity to other internet uses are not a problem. It just seems to be a possible problem with riots servers. I know they moved to illinois, i am currently on the west coast. Is that a possible issue? I hope to get a response soon. I'm not too happy about this matter
