[CLIENT] Not Gaining or Losing LP

I noticed that when pre-season started I didn't have placement matches, instead it just tells me i'm the same rank as I was in Season 6 and whenever I play ranked, win or lose, my lp wont change and the number of ranked games it says I've won won't change either.

This started after I installed the new client so that might be related, but then again this isn't the first problem I've had with my account, so maybe my account is bugged or something.
