[GAMEPLAY] Viktor Upgrade Bug

I ran into a glitch/error when playing Viktor in ARAM with friends.

After buying the final Augmentation (Custom item) for Viktor, it glitched my Level Up bonus and I couldn't level up any skills after the augmentation was purchased. What I did before encountering this problem:

1. Start game with first Augmentation upgrade.
2. After I died, bought the other 2 Augmentation upgrades at once and upgraded my spells.
3. I also had a "+1 Level Up!" ready to go, but could not level up any skills after upgrading my spells.
