Please hotfix: Morde dragons

Occurred since patch 6.9.

I haven't figured out what causes it, but over the last two days of gaming, Dragon has failed to become a ghost for me on three separate occasions. There's been one additional time whilst I was training a friend to play Morde.

The circumstances were different each time. Different elements, sometimes it's the first time we've taken that element, sometimes second or third. And yes, this is after level 6.

The last failed attempt was the Elder Dragon and the effort we put into taking it almost cost us the game (fortunately, their ADC made a mistake at the same time).

Losing the game winning team fight due to a bug is an incredibly frustrating way to lose a game. I know Morde isn't popular but, out of all of his bugs, can you please fix this one as soon as possible?
