Blue Buff Bug (BBB)

So I've been playing a lot of Yi Jungle lately and there are times when i'm taking blue buff and the movement just stops. The blue buff will be frozen yet I'm still getting attacked, and If I move farther way to reset the basic attacks the blue buff just heals itself. I cant actually dodge basic attacks either with my q because I never actually see the animation. It's not like it's stuck like it but it is really inconsistent. If I q the buff it will make it move again. I'm ok if this bug still works on scuttle though because I hate chasing that little crab around.
