[GAMEPLAY] Annie's voice is different

I submitted a ticket to player support and was redirected here. I'll try to make this short and to the point since I know there's a lot going on and you all must be quite busy.

Ever since the new patch was released I noticed that Annie's voice is different whenever you use her Q and when she basic attacks as well. I've noticed this on uploads on YouTube as well if you search for anything recent and Annie is the champion being played. Additionally, it has been brought up on the boards here as well; as seen on the link provided.
