While I was facing the enemy Leona in the River, I applied my concussive stacks on the Scuttle Crab. After hitting the Crab, it got scared and ran towards Leona. Well...Leona started bullying the Crab even more and guess what!? She triggered my passive!! I don't think Leona is supposed to trigger the enemy Braum's passive on Scuttle Crab. Please look into this, Riot.

I think it works because it's a neutral creature, obviously she couldn't trigger Braum's passive on an ally, but both are capable of attacking the scuttle crab, so that's probably why it works.
