Queue timer bug

Let me just start by saying that I never rage quit or dodge of go AFK in games. My computer sometimes has a crash bug where I can't start a game. Because of this, I have queue timers sometimes. But I just discovered a bug: IT RESETS TO TWENTY MINUTES SOMETIMES. While I'm waiting for my timer to end, I'll be sitting there for fifteen minutes and look up and it's got nineteen minutes left. At first I thought I was going crazy, but it just happened again. I can see the red timer in the background, and it actually says the combined time I've been waiting. That is unacceptable to randomly have to wait an extra amount of time for something that isn't my fault anyway. EDIT: now the timer is frozen. As soon as the limiter ended, it got stuck at 29:11. This is bad.

Sometimes, whenever I play with my friend, he often has a lower priority queue for rage quitting. Often after the 20 minute queue finishes, the timer just freezes and I can't tell whether it's bugged or if I am really in queue. Hopefully RIOT will fix it soon...
