Soooo Tired of Queue Dodge Timer when its Leagues Fault!!!!!

Seriously though, no joke, I run a good setup.. no issues on my end and when I get my lp penalized and my elo penalized because of a bug on your guys end? Just a joke... and its not just one or twice.. its super common. Need to have this issue looked into for sure.. its gives me Error 803 or something like that when my league is in picks.. and never sends me back fast enough to pick... ughh so annoying!!! Heres my speedtest in case you guys are thinking its my poor internet..
