Cannot see ban or champion select

When I agree to the thing on loading screen. My screen just froze and then poof. All u see is the accept or decline button and I was in the party too. They can see that I join the champion select or ban room. But not me, I had to deal with this stupid bug and got me a "Queue Dodge Timer"
