Victor Hextech Core Bug

I was playing a ranked game as Viktor 3 days ago (forgot to report it but remembered now) where my Hextech Core points kinda bugged out. I went back with 2k Gold at one point and bought 2 upgrades to the core so I got 2 points to spend, but my mouse has been doubleclicking or something and it managed to put both points into his E leaving me shy a point for the whole game so I couldn't get my Ults upgrade. http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2099387932/50808444?tab=overview the game it happened in. any reason to downvote a legitimate bug?
