Tahm Kench's Ultimate become broken when interrupted by a taunt. [Gameplay]

In a recent game I was playing Tahm Kench and my ultimate was interrupted mid animation by shen's taunt. I am assuming it was the taunt that caused it, haven't had an opportunity to recreate it. From that point on whenever I tried to use my ultimate I would ping the location, do the animation of jumping into water, but I would not actually teleport. Additionally if an ally jumped into my mouth I wouldn't even try to do the animation and they would be in my belly like if I used my W on them. I couldn't re-activate my w or ult to spit them out and they couldn't choose to leave either. After the duration ran out they are spit out automatically but they actually took damage, I'm assuming the percent damage that the W would do to enemies. I literally got a kill on my ally doing this.

I haven't had the time (or friends to help me) recreate this glitch however I think it is caused when your ultimate is cancelled by a taunt.
