i'm asked to reconnect to a game that is no longer there

about 1h ago i played a game and got dc. when i rc 6 out of 10 players were also dc, and when the game was finished there was no post-game lobby and so. Now i can't join the queue and when i relog it shows that i'm in game and must reconnect....
