Can't see or interact with jungle creeps

Started a game with Volibear after this patch everything started fine went good for the first 4 or so minutes. Then I stopped being able to see or interact with jungle creeps. No other way to describe it really, mini map showed the camp as being there so I tried using E but still nothing. Tried reconnecting that did nothing. Restarted the game and things went fine for another 4 ish minutes then it started happening again. During this whole time my ping was reading as between 70 and 80 so it shouldn't have been a lag issue. Hopefully this was a one time thing.
