After game report
I chose the skip and states botton after game but then it put me into a game I was already done with and now it wont let me out

Happening to a lot of people and currently there hasn't been a fix found.
I had an issue when I left the practice tool and the client was still saying that I was in game and I only had the option to reconnect. I opened my task manager and killed all of the League tasks. There were about 4 of them. I closed them all, including the client process, and reopened the client and it worked.
Try doing that and see if it fixes it.
