Practice Tool Rift Scuttle Bugfix

Was recently trying out different jungle paths (in the practice tool) to try and see for myself what would be most optimal. I tried my first idea out but then wanted to reset the game. After I clicked reset game, only 1 scuttle spawned. Please fix so that if I click reset game, it will actually reset the game and 2 scuttles will spawn at the start. Thank you.
