[GAMEPLAY] Camera locks in follow position

During many games, my camera gets locked in the follow character mode. When I click the icon to unlock it, nothing happens, it stays locked.

I do not know what causes it to become locked but it seems the only way to unlock it is to ALT+F4 and restart the game.

It is happening very frequently, in fact, my last game it happened twice in once game. Very frustrating.
