Play Again button in ranked and normal queues is not inviting party from previous game

When in post-game chat, I (and many friends) have tried clicking "play again" to invite the party from the aforementioned game, but it no longer invites the party. You still end up having to manually invite them.

This is a bug right? Please advise.
