TAKING AWAY BASIC GAME FUNCTIONS.

After the update of 5.1, many bugs have happened in my game. Bugs such as Udyr's emotes (which have been revolved) and a funny little glitch that has been causing me some anger. The glitch happened when I said some things to the enemy team that weren't appropriate. I couldn't buy items, spend skill points, change camera, open general options or move while in combat (it would lock to the enemy I'm attacking). I was wondering if this was a new form of unfair punishment from riot. Instead of a chat ban or something that is actually useful to make a point, you block out basic game functions and lose me games. I have since then said less things in chat and worked fine (past 2 or 3 games). Last night was the last straw. I was playing lux going 8 and 1 when a toxic vayne started trash talking me. I told her "shut up, stop being toxic" and there it is! I get that stupid ban again. I then proceeded to die 13 times in the next 10 mins. Is this what you call fair? Respond if you have an explanation P.S. A friend of mine that has been playing since season 2 is the most toxic player you will ever meet. This has never happened to him.
