Garen E Spin doesn´t crit .

Since a while i noticed Garens E doesn´t apply crit anymore even thou it says it has a chance to do crit .

Even when i have 100 % crit it doesn apply it on the spin .

i dont know if it´s a visual bug or smth but it doesn´t show and do crit .

Judgment can critically strike, dealing 50% AD × (1 + bonus critical strike damage) increased damage.

Tested it out in-game by comparing the spin damage with no items and with 5 Cloaks of Agility, and the spin did deal extra damage with the 100% crit chance.

but it never shows the crit animation
