Diana Passive and Devour (Gameplay)

I don't know if this is intended but when you get devour on diana her passive should proc every second hit because of devour but on turrets it procs every third hit.

Also her passive doesnt work on inhibs most of the time. When i play her its only every few games that her passive actually works on inhibs.
