my own minions help kill me off and other ridiculousness

In intermediate bot games -

1. my own minions attack me for 50 damage and they get an assist on my death. WTF?
2. Teleporting to my outer mid turret in full health at level 12, I get one shot instakilled at the center of the turret as soon as the teleport finishes by Annie bot (level 11) death recap shows shes cast 3 summoner spells simultaneously plus one other.
