Garen bug

Hello, Ladies and Gentlemen of the LOL report a bug committee.

I humbly request for an investigation regarding Garen's spin to win. Before the Garen buff to his e, he was capable of spinning on top of his lane opponent while he danced or recalled. Now it interrupts his recall when the E channel is completed. Not only does this affect his lane dominance but it also reduces his farming efficiency. Garen is by far one of the more skill intensive champions to roam the top lane. The recall spin mechanic was what gave Garen a high skill ceiling. Please address this issue and make league great again
