Sona Q Spellthief bug?
Has it always been the case that if Sona's Q hits two champions it'll only proc one stack of spellthief's? Because that's what's been happening to me as of late.

Good question, I've never paid attention to that. I'll see in my next Sona Match.
doesn't it usually just proc once per a spell now thx to brand passive constantly proc'ing it
