Dravens R Rare bug it disappears on return

Right after that mid season patch there were very issues with champions R abilities being one of them. i would cast my R and it would not return back to me. i was going to post this as soon as it happened but i forgot to. this happened on 3 matches i played with him. i was still alive when it should have returned. and sometimes it would over extend cast range when it should have been shorter.
