Chat service keeps disconnecting and Sion's Q & Ult are not working.

This has been going on for a while with chat service disconnecting and then taking a long time to reconnect. I am not the only one have this problem. Many of my friends are also and its been happening for a few days and this issue needs to be resolved. As well as Sion's Q and Ult seem to not want to activate and only his W and E work. I don't know if this is just me or if its everyone but this is also another bug that is happening.
