game kickes me then i get penalyied

hello i am really upset because i keep getting connection time outs and it kicks me from the games, because of ur new client it takes forever to get back in. for the past 2 days i have played 26 penalty matches because of just this. only way i can get through is with a low lv account what do i do about this i have fun but it feels like im being exploited for no reason. and its a major waste of time. please get back to me if u have any helpful info
