[Client] I can't gift people Pantheon skins?

So gifts are bugged. It says that my friend who is lvl 30 must be above level one to accept gifts and that he has also reached maximum daily gifts of "this type". I know I have enough RP, i just got a 25 dollar prepaid.

I was gifting him Dragon Slayer pantheon, but he does not have skins for Pantheon. I can gift him Darius skins though.

How many item gifts (not RP) has he received in the last 24 hours? Just making sure you know 10 is the total limit.

Other than that, Riot might not see this report, so submit a Support Ticket as well. You're friend might want to also.
