Leaverbuster preventing players from loading the game

Queued for rank, got a duo on my team and took the spot I wanted, didn't want to play with duo anyway (duo increases the MMR greatly on the opposite team, I'm still in placement don't want to risk it) so I left and closed the game.

Came back 2 hours later as I was doing other stuff, join an AI game for first win, screen goes black after champ select, game wouldn't load. Tried to restart LoL, didn't work, had to restart the computer, finally able to load the game 7 minutes in. Finished the AI game then I got a warning saying I have to agreed to not leave any more games, WTF I couldn't load the game thanks to your super effective leaverbuster. As I could not think of any other possibility, queuing up rank and quit was the only thing I did today. I don't know what punish you have in the pocket but please fix this god damn thing.
