A Strange Bug occurring in my League of Legends Party Menu [Client]

Whenever i play league of legends starting about a week ago i;ve had this massive bug occuring when i start a game. it wont load up an invite list to where i can quick invite someone. if i try to invite someone whose not on my friends list it will SAY that i have invited them, but the menu to invite doesnt close as is normal. and the few times i've added someone then messaged them they say they never received and invite at all. As a support/tank main i normally try to avoid solo que so when i play with a group that i enjoyed or a player i enjoyed playing with, i normally try to invite them and this has been making my life hell, at least in terms of my League experience. I have no idea what to do and i've even tried changing my password as someone said that might help. Due to the fact i know rito normally addresses bugs like this im unsure if no ones reported this issue yet or if its just something you guys don't know how to fix. {my apologies for posting this in the wrong place the first time}
