Lock in button grayed out and unclickable in champ select

Can't click lock in during champion select, afterwords client breaks. Edit: also I have been getting messages about patcher disconnected - am currently trying a full repair.

I was able to lock-in but the "game failed to start" once the countdown hit 0.

Can't relog now.
